Bodyworks The Hydrotherapy Pool is a unique facility for people who require supported exercise as part of a rehabilitation programme. Hydrotherapy has healing and recuperative properties due to its thermal and mechanical effects. Although not suitable for some medical conditions, it can help with reducing pain sensitivity, improving blood flow and circulation.Hydrotherapy can be used to treat soft muscle weakness, balance disorders, musculo-skeletal injuries, soft tissue injuries and other conditions that impair circulation.
