A unique facility for people who require supported exercise as part of a rehabilitation programme. Hydrotherapy has healing and recuperative properties due to its thermal and mechanical effects. Although not suitable for some medical conditions it can help with reducing pain sensitivity, improving blood flow and circulation. Hydrotherapy can be used to treat soft muscle weakness, balance disorders, musculo-skeletal injuries, soft tissue injuries and other conditions that impair circulation.

All sessions are fully supervised by a qualified Lifeguard however there is no physiotherapist service provided.

Any organisation or physiotherapist wishing to use the facility can hire the pool on a block-booking or a one-off basis.
